Future Projects?

It's been a very busy week, so I've had very little time to knit, but I'm not complaining, I rather be busy than not.  So, with that in mind, I don't have anything really different to show concerning the Peanut Butter & Chocolate Afghan, but I have been having some fun looking at some free knitting patterns.

Many, many years ago, I had started and attempted to knit a white cardigan for myself.  It never got finished and I got terribly bored with working with all white yarn.  Oh, how my beloved Mom wanted me to finish a sweater for myself.  Well, I came across these patterns from AllFREEkniting.  Maybe if I ever get done knitting afghans and baby items, I'll get around to knitting one of these.

Lacy Leaves Cardigan  aka Topside Knit Cardi By: Vickie Howell for Caron

I really like Vickie Howell's patterns.  You can sign up for Caron's free weekly newsletter here:

Just for fun, check out these Classic Vintage Wraps:

I remember seeing patterns like these in my Mom's old pattern books.  It amazes me how they had the models trying to resemble either Elizabeth Taylor or Jackie Kennedy.

Wow, I love all those patterns. In the vintage ones, the Minuet was very popular when I graduated from high school.

I remember the white sweater that you were knitting very well. Have we really known each other that long.........6+ years ???

Love the one should shawl, but it looks a bit involved. Thanks for sharing the links with us.
